COLAMP - "FREE.99"


Emcee Nathan Nice, producer KDT Produced It and DJs Arbs & Breeze are Los Angeles-based “modern Golden-Era hip-hop group” COLAMP, presenting the A'Noelle-directed music video for “FREE.99”. Originally appearing on their debut album TAPE which featured appearances from Blu (watch the video for “Buggin”), Katie Burke and Relic Fox, “FREE.99” has now been released as part of a maxi-single (Spotify) featuring remixes from Babah Fly, Samo’s Day Old Teeth, The GoldeNNaires and Payback as well as guest appearances from SassyAn, 96west, The Lvxes and Inoe Oner. KDT produced the entirety of TAPE, Colamp’s album featuring Anacron, The Lvxes, Ill Se7en and DJ Gilatine. KDT’s previous credits include the Breakfast At Earl’s EP with LA emcee Sach iLLpage of The Nonce (watch the official video for “Hey Love” on Youtube). COLAMP is a portmanteau of “cold lamp”, most widely recognized on Public Enemy’s single “Cold Lampin’ With Flavor.”
